Management Accounts Pack

Design and build of a monthly reporting pack tailored to your business. P&L with budget vs actual, balance sheet, cashflow forecast, and KPI dashboard. First month produced and walked through with you. Ongoing monthly production available as part of a retainer.

I've spent over ten years as the sole finance lead in small and growing businesses. Hospitality, property management, professional services, retail, eCommerce. Always the one person running the full finance function.

I understand what SME owners actually need: reliable numbers, clear reporting, and someone who answers the phone. Not a 40-page slide deck from a Big Four firm, and not a bookkeeper who disappears at year-end.

I build custom integrations and automation into every client setup. That means I deliver the output of a small finance team at the cost of one person. Migrations that would normally take weeks are completed in days. Reporting that would require a developer is built and maintained in-house.
